📋 Description
• Deliver live Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) • Collaborate with SMEs to develop scenario-based learning activities • Engage closely with customer projects for tailored training • Manage a pipeline of concurrent training engagements independently
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in training delivery • Proficiency in SaaS platforms • Strong understanding of adult learning principles • Ability to design scenario-based training content • Experience with Salesforce-based platforms
