📋 Description

• Develop, test, document, and deploy high quality software into production • Develop a fundamental understanding of the industry, product, feature set, and roadmap • Implement new features from functional requirements through logic and UI with guidance • Follow engineering strategy principles, guidelines, and best practices • Collaborate with product, design, and internal stakeholders on technology decisions and product improvements • Participate in an on-call rotation and troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems • Escalate blocked tasks or projects and seek guidance when needed • Participate in code reviews • Contribute to team planning and design discussions • Improve software quality and customer experience • Learn about testability, operational excellence metrics, and documentation practices • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team culture • Travel occasionally to offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of development experience • Strong programming fundamentals in any language and demonstrated problem-solving abilities • Willingness and eagerness to learn Kotlin as the primary development language • Comfort learning and developing business logic within Kotlin Multiplatform • Mobile development experience with modern UI frameworks such as SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose • Team-first mentality and willingness to strive for better • Ability to articulate thinking processes and explain reasoning • Initiative and independent problem-solving skills, with judgment about when to seek guidance • Logical reasoning when addressing technical challenges • Comfort with ambiguity and changing requirements in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Agile software delivery and SCRUM methodology • Ability to work cross-functionally within an enterprise environment • Preferred: Android or iOS mobile development experience; modern tools and frameworks; software engineering principles; collaborative development environments; version control systems; interest in learning Swift
