📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients and business contacts through LinkedIn and email • Support healthcare and pharmacy-related advertising campaigns • Coordinate campaign activities, deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups • Maintain organized records of client communication, campaign progress, and outstanding action items • Draft clear, professional emails and LinkedIn messages • Monitor responses and ensure important conversations receive timely follow-up • Prepare regular updates and reports on account and campaign activity • Coordinate with internal team members to keep projects aligned with client goals • Identify potential issues and take initiative to keep work moving forward • Manage multiple accounts and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in account management, client services, advertising, or digital marketing • Experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or other healthcare-related clients is strongly preferred • Excellent written English and professional business communication skills • Experience using LinkedIn and email for business communication, relationship management, or campaign support • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Familiarity with CRM, project management, email marketing, advertising, or reporting platforms is preferred • Excellent written English is essential
