📋 Description

• Define, design, architect, implement, and deliver Slate software • Code and test system components • Lead code and design reviews • Own end-to-end code quality, system tests, functional tests, and integration • Simplify software solutions and innovate when solving challenging problems • Collaborate with UX and product teams to build customer-focused solutions and applications • Serve as a technical authority and make difficult technical trade-off decisions • Drive awareness of the business impact of technical decisions • Balance technical leadership with business judgment in long-term technology decisions • Mentor individuals and the broader community on advanced technical issues • Assist managers with team members’ career development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent work experience • 4+ years of professional software development experience • 4+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language, such as TypeScript, Python, or Java • 4+ years of experience working with cloud services from AWS and/or Azure • 2+ years of experience contributing to architecture and design of new and current systems • 2+ years of experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations • Proficient use of LLM technologies and prompt engineering development patterns
