📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain Smartsheet solutions for Slipstream-IT clients • Analyze business processes and lead technical discussions • Facilitate solution definition and build successful solutions • Partner with Project Managers, other developers, and client contacts • Deliver high-quality business cases and business process designs • Ensure proposed solutions meet Slipstream quality and business solution needs • Work on multiple projects and manage work independently • Gather requirements and design solutions with stakeholders • Test and debug Smartsheet solutions • Provide training and support to Smartsheet users • Stay up to date on the latest Smartsheet features and functionality • Integrate Smartsheet solutions with other systems • Develop Smartsheet reporting and workbooks for project teams • Attend remote meetings on camera in appropriate business casual attire and background

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience • 3+ years of experience with Smartsheet • 1+ years of experience with Smartsheet functional areas including Control Center, workspaces, sheets, reports, and dashboards • 1+ years of experience as a Smartsheet Platform Administrator, Specialist, and/or developer • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or another related field, or equivalent • 4+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • Strong programming and analytical skills • Ability to design blueprints through Control Center in an optimal and effective way that minimizes manual touchpoints • Extensive understanding of metric creation through Smartsheet using dashboards and advanced formula creation • Experience with Agile development methodologies • Ability to support meetings from 8:00am to 5:00pm ET • Smartsheet Product Certified User preferred • Certifications in other Smartsheet or related project management tools, such as PMP or CAPM, are a plus • Knowledge of Stage Gate Process and Life Science/Pharma industry is a plus • Previous background in life sciences is a plus • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Must be able to work on a C2C or 1099 basis
