📋 Description

• Manage the Full Stack Developer team, including assigning and prioritizing work, setting expectations, and overseeing workload • Conduct 1:1s, provide performance feedback, set goals, and contribute to performance reviews • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to developers • Lead code reviews and establish coding standards and best practices • Lead onboarding and training for new developers • Escalate complex technical issues and production incidents; guide troubleshooting and root-cause analysis • Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions • Report team progress, capacity, and risks to the VP-Development • Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and Azure Functions using C#, ASP.NET Web API, and .NET Core/.NET 8/9 • Build and maintain Angular front-end features • Implement and troubleshoot OAuth/OpenID Connect, PKCE, and Microsoft Entra ID authentication and authorization flows • Write, tune, and troubleshoot SQL Server stored procedures, including indexing and query performance tuning • Develop and support Azure Service Bus queue processing and retry patterns • Deploy, host, and monitor services using Azure Container Apps • Monitor application health and diagnose production issues using Azure Application Insights and Kusto queries • Write PowerShell scripts for automation, AWS SSO administration, and VPN/network troubleshooting • Collaborate with analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Contribute to Supplylogic projects, including supplier integrations, and participate in onboarding and training

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience leading, mentoring, or providing direction to other developers, ideally in a working/hands-on lead capacity • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience conducting code reviews and establishing or enforcing development standards and best practices • Advanced C# proficiency (.NET Framework, .NET Core, APIs, Azure Functions) • Advanced SQL proficiency, including SQL Server stored procedures, performance tuning, and troubleshooting • Intermediate PowerShell proficiency for automation, AWS SSO, and VPN/network troubleshooting • Advanced ASP.NET Web API knowledge • Advanced .NET Core/.NET 8/9 knowledge • Advanced OAuth/OpenID Connect knowledge, including PKCE and Entra ID flows • Advanced Microsoft Entra ID knowledge • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one major UI framework (React, Vue, Angular) • Advanced Microsoft Azure knowledge, including Function Apps, Service Bus, and Container Apps • Advanced Azure Service Bus knowledge • Intermediate Azure Container Apps knowledge • Advanced Azure Application Insights knowledge, including Kusto queries and monitoring • Advanced Visual Studio proficiency • Advanced VS Code proficiency • Advanced SQL Server Management Studio proficiency • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
