📋 Description

• Respond promptly and professionally to phone inquiries • Engage leads consistently through calls, emails, and texts • Understand clients’ needs and recommend tailored family law solutions • Track results and regularly share progress with the team • Showcase the firm’s value to prospective clients • Maintain accurate records and follow sales strategies • Guide clients through the onboarding process • Keep client information secure and up to date in digital systems • Consistently exceed quotas • Sustain a minimum average 35% conversion rate • Streamline sales processes that produce new clients • Ensure no leads fall through the cracks

🎯 Requirements

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm setting • Superior computer skills and data entry abilities • Ability to handle objections with compassion and skill • Advanced communication skills by phone and email drafting • Active listening with genuine empathy and authoritative control of phone calls • High level of personal accountability • High School Diploma or its equivalent • Office work experience • Self-directed work ethic
