📋 Description

• Present Snowflake's Data Cloud vision to data engineering leaders, analytics teams, data scientists, and executive stakeholders • Lead hands-on technical discovery of customers' data architectures, pipelines, warehouses, lakehouses, and governance gaps • Design Snowflake-native paths forward for customers • Build and deliver tailored demonstrations and proof of concepts across Snowflake's data platform • Guide customers through Data Mesh, Data Lakehouse, real-time streaming, and unified governance architectures • Translate business problems into concrete Snowflake data solutions • Work with sales teams and channel partners to navigate winning sales cycles • Support enterprise Proofs of Concept and demonstrate measurable business outcomes • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Field teams to inform the product roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 3–8 years of industry experience in a pre-sales or solutions architecture role focused on data platforms • Deep hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, and cloud data warehouse/lakehouse architectures • Broad experience with ETL/ELT tools including dbt, Fivetran, Informatica, and Spark • Experience with streaming platforms including Kafka and Kinesis • Experience with orchestration tools including Airflow and dbt Cloud • Experience with BI tools including Tableau, Looker, and Power BI • Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP • Proven ability to conduct deep data architecture discovery and connect findings to Snowflake reference architecture • Experience positioning AI/ML capabilities, including feature stores, model training pipelines, LLM-powered applications, and AI governance • Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and compliance challenges including GDPR, CCPA, and PCI • Ability to quantify business value of modern data architecture • Demonstrated track record using AI code generation tools • University degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • Experience with GSIs is beneficial but not required
