📋 Description

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow market share across the West Coast • Identify and secure new customer opportunities within the Pulp & Paper industry • Build relationships with executive-level stakeholders and strategic customers • Partner with Account Managers, Marketing, and Technology teams to bring innovative solutions to market • Lead customer acquisition efforts and support new product introductions • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities • Develop territory plans, prioritize target accounts, and drive revenue growth • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by connecting operational challenges with Solenis solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience within the Pulp & Paper industry • Strong understanding of mill operations, pulping processes, and paper manufacturing • Proven success in a leadership role such as Superintendent, Operations Manager, Mill Manager, or similar • Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance and profitability within paper mill environments • Successful track record of selling into the paper industry and developing customer relationships • Strong business development, negotiation, and strategic planning skills • Chemical industry experience preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience
