📋 Description

• Develop sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and cash flow targets • Analyze spend data to identify cost savings and cash flow improvement opportunities • Identify and develop preferred supplier networks and achieve supplier consolidation • Negotiate contracts and purchases of indirect materials and services • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders • Utilize e-procurement technologies including RFPs, Salesforce.com, and reverse auctions • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety, and Responsible Care programs • Track results and communicate progress during online meetings • Support MRO and laboratory sourcing categories • Support corporate sourcing initiatives, SAP data improvements, and process improvements • Train and support corporate groups on sourcing programs and processes • Lead North America procurement projects • Coordinate with global teams as appropriate • Manage SAP Workflow items, including vendor requests, material requests, and PO approvals • Prepare KPI analyses and presentations • Support integration of corporate acquisitions related to sourcing initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Science, Engineering, or an applicable field • 3–5 years of relevant functional experience focused on sourcing, supply chain, process excellence, and project/program management • Experience with ERPs, supply chain collaboration, and e-procurement tools such as SAP, Salesforce.com, and Tableau • Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed organization • Hands-on and problem-solving mentality • Ability to work in a matrix environment • Strong organization and project management skills • Strong written, communication, and presentation skills • Proven track record of driving results and influencing and collaborating across regional and cross-functional teams • Up to 15% travel required
