📋 Description

• Own the RFP response process end to end, from proposal development through quality review and submission • Manage the RFP coordinator, RFP writer, and Sales Ops Analyst, setting direction and accountability • Drive adoption and effective use of Salesforce, CRM, Gong, Paperflite, Responsive, and GovNav • Lead strategic projects such as implementing a pricing tool inside the CRM from scope through rollout • Manage sales data, reporting, and dashboards and turn data into actionable insights • Build and run the sales enablement plan, including training, resources, and performance insights • Create and refine QBR templates and standardized reporting for sales leadership • Manage relationships with sales leaders and adapt processes and support to business needs • Build scalable, reusable processes as SOVRA grows

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations at a SaaS or B2B company • Experience leading an RFP response process and managing proposal coordination from intake through submission • Deep CRM experience; Salesforce preferred • Experience driving CRM and sales-tool adoption • Ability to build dashboards and reporting used by sales leaders for decision-making • Experience managing a small team and setting direction • Experience building or running sales enablement training and resources that measurably improve sales performance • Experience working cross-functionally with sales leaders and other teams • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field • Willingness to travel as needed • Experience with Paperflite, Responsive, or GovNav preferred • Experience leading a pricing-tool implementation inside a CRM preferred • Familiarity with Gong preferred
