📋 Description

• Coordinate development of campaign deliverables and ensure timely completion • Assist with planning, design, approval, proofing, and review of direct response campaign assets • Work with internal and external data analysts to prepare and analyze monthly KPI reports • Collect and share campaign data from various sources • Create project and campaign templates for campaign deployment and post-campaign performance • Manage and coordinate workflows between vendors and internal partners for on-time campaign deployment • Assist with expense tracking to ensure budget compliance • Perform other duties supporting the company's Purpose, Brand Principles, and Organization's Values

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field required • 2+ years of experience coordinating campaign deployment for direct response marketing tactics required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required • Experience with Power BI, Salesforce and/or Ambassador is a plus • Ability to understand and manage complex campaign and project matrices • Strong organizational and time management skills required • Proven project management skills required • Ability to work well in a team environment required • Effective written and verbal communication skills required • Ability to collaborate with others required • Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, District of Columbia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming • Successful completion of background screening, drug screening, and reference check required before hire
