📋 Description

• Build effective partnerships across the enterprise • Execute multi-team, enterprise-wide initiatives supporting the company’s strategic direction • Drive measurable change by enhancing enterprise capabilities, enabling cross-divisional synergy, and supporting shared delivery accountability • Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans aligned with governance structures • Manage day-to-day project activities, including requirements, success metrics, risks, issues, dependencies, workflows, communications, and presentation materials • Navigate complex stakeholder relationships, resolve conflicts, and manage stakeholder politics • Innovate business strategies, techniques, and tools to overcome barriers to success • Collaborate across a global organization while providing strategic guidance and leadership • Make independent project-related decisions with minimal guidance • Gather, document, and incorporate stakeholder and customer feedback • Customize plans for project needs, including sensitive projects or data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technical environment • Ability to lead cross-functional project teams using standard program management tools and artifacts • Strong leadership and collaboration skills across organizational levels • Proactive, self-directed approach in a dynamic working environment • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to set priorities independently and meet deadlines • Ability to influence and negotiate across teams and leadership levels • PMP certification preferred • Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile certification preferred • Experience with Agile and SAFe frameworks and agile methods preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and requirements • Experience in a global, matrixed organization
