📋 Description

• Support and coach franchisees in P&L, operations, sales and marketing, staffing, purchasing, and accounts receivable • Maintain frequent communication with franchises through Teams meetings, telephone, email, internet forums, and face-to-face meetings • Monitor business activities and provide proactive solutions to current and future business challenges • Identify marketing opportunities and implement initiatives with franchisees • Provide guidance on employee issues • Evaluate financial reports and monitor profitability • Conduct regular compliance evaluations • Participate in regional peer group meetings and quarterly webinars • Build strong and lasting relationships with franchise entrepreneurs • Advise and coach lawn care and pest principals • Support 18–25 branches in building their businesses

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-year college degree • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum 5-year multiunit experience • Ability to travel up to 70% • Excellent communication skills • Working knowledge of lawncare, tree, and pest operations • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs • Territory management experience beneficial • Green industry experience a plus • Pest industry experience beneficial • Multi-unit management experience beneficial
