📋 Description

• Write, review, and optimize production-ready code daily, while driving key technical decisions and advocating for high engineering standards • Architect and deliver scalable, high-performance code that ensures long-term maintainability and system reliability • Own technical delivery for complex projects or subsystems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features that improve our member and provider experience • Debug and resolve issues quickly and efficiently • Participate in an on-call rotation to support system reliability and respond to production issues • Collaborate flexibly across time zones, as needed, to support distributed teams and stakeholders • Mentor and support the growth of junior engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on full stack development • Experience with Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, and AWS • Experience with React, Redux, and modern JavaScript frameworks • Experience with Docker and managing CI/CD pipelines • Proven ability to independently lead delivery of complex technical projects • Experience working in cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Track record of mentoring junior engineers and leading by example
