📋 Description

• Support full-cycle accounts payable operations, including invoice and payment request intake, distribution, and entry • Prepare and process ACH, wire, and check payment runs • Reconcile vendor statements and manage AP aging reports • Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and prepare management reporting • Build and maintain positive vendor relationships • Research and resolve payment inquiries and discrepancies • Assist with AP standard operating procedures, internal controls, and policy documentation • Partner with Procurement, Vendor Maintenance, Accounting, and Operations to resolve issues and streamline workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or accounting operations • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident • Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint required • SAP Ariba preferred • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Positive, service-oriented attitude with a focus on process improvements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Successful candidates receiving a conditional offer are subject to a background check
