📋 Description

• Oversee accurate and timely processing of high-volume invoices, credit memos, and ACH, check, and wire payments • Reconcile vendor statements, manage AP aging reports, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and prepare management reports • Supervise, train, and monitor accounts payable staff performance • Maintain vendor and supplier relationships and resolve payment discrepancies • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, GAAP, CAS, FAR, and DFARS • Support process improvement and automation efforts in SAP Ariba and Costpoint • Develop, implement, and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures • Support 1099 filings, year-end reporting, and vendor information maintenance including W-9s

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable operations • At least 1 year in a leadership role • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance preferred • Must be a US Citizen • Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint required • Experience with SAP Ariba preferred • Strong understanding of CAS, FAR and DFARS compliance requirements • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Positive, service-oriented attitude focused on process improvements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Candidates who receive a conditional offer are subject to a background check
