📋 Description

• Guide and perform complex analyses supporting Revenue Cycle service domains • Develop ad hoc reports, automated reports, and dashboards using structured and unstructured data • Leverage the Clarity data model and other data sources, including data warehouses and marts • Provide feedback on warehouse and mart design to support data accuracy and availability • Interpret data models and business requirements with peers and participate in sprint-based work • Write and optimize complex SQL queries across large datasets • Partner with operational leaders to understand needs and recommend business intelligence solutions • Define data elements and structures for analytical capabilities • Develop routine and ad hoc reports and determine reporting requirements with stakeholders • Complete analyses, reviews, and improvement projects supporting Revenue Cycle and care transformation goals • Support development and distribution of dashboards and key performance metrics • Research entity business flows to facilitate application reporting and user support • Promote system-wide data integrity and standardization • Participate in functional quality team meetings and committee work • Provide analytical support and consulting to data application users • Support external resources and collaborative efforts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of six years of relevant experience • Strong Revenue Cycle knowledge • Experience may include a combination of Revenue Cycle and SQL-related roles • Bachelor’s degree • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm • Must reside in Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Ability to meet stated physical requirements, including lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects • No professional license or certification required
