📋 Description

• Manage the entire life-cycle recruiting process from prospecting through hiring qualified candidates • Develop job postings and search strategies based on strategic needs • Review applicants, screen and evaluate candidates, and support final selection • Use ATS, CRM platforms, external tools, vendor resources, career fairs, and other sourcing methods to identify candidates • Partner with hiring managers and departments to determine job requirements • Take ownership of each step in the recruitment process • Support organizational goals and initiatives by meeting or exceeding Talent Acquisition KPIs and metrics • Maintain real-time candidate documentation in ATS and CRM systems • Attend hiring events and community engagement activities to develop candidate pipelines and support hiring activities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience/education • Significant and direct recruiting experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree • Three years’ relevant work experience • Experience with full-cycle recruitment • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, external recruiting tools, platforms, programs, and vendor resources • Ability to meet or exceed Talent Acquisition KPIs and metrics • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Ability to perform stated physical requirements, including occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 25–50 lbs. • No professional license or certification required
