📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and create effective recruiting strategies • Source talent through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, community outreach, and events • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain a strong pipeline for manufacturing, skilled labor, or other assigned roles • Build relationships with candidates while providing timely, professional communication • Represent the company at career fairs, workforce events, and community programs • Contribute to continuous improvement processes to enhance the candidate experience • Ensure recruiting practices align with company policies and EEO standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred • 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or higher-volume recruiting • Experience with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruiting best practices • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • A proactive mindset and passion for finding the right people for the right opportunities
