📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications, integrations, and data exchange solutions using jBase and related technologies • Support and enhance secure integration processes involving APIs, EDI, cXML, JSON, HTTPS, SFTP, and other data exchange technologies • Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, integration, and production support issues • Develop automation scripts, system utilities, and technical solutions to improve operational efficiency and reliability • Collaborate with business partners, customers, vendors, and technical teams to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and resolve technical issues • Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities • Document technical solutions, analyze system data, and contribute to continuous improvement • Lead or coordinate assigned workstreams for small to moderately complex projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and relevant experience • 2+ years of experience developing and supporting software applications in a professional environment • 2+ years of experience working with jBase/PICK MultiValue databases • Experience supporting Linux/UNIX operating systems in production environments • Experience creating and maintaining Bash, Korn, or similar shell scripts • Experience using AWK for file management, data manipulation, or automation • Experience supporting HTTPS and SFTP secure data transmission technologies • Working knowledge of OAuth authentication and API security concepts • Experience processing, troubleshooting, or supporting EDI, cXML, or JSON transaction formats • Experience using Git or another enterprise version control system • Experience participating in Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies • Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve production support issues • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data analysis techniques
