📋 Description

• Support customers and sales representatives by providing product ideas, quotes, and executing purchase orders for promotional and proprietary products outside standard programs. • Research solutions, source products, and negotiate costs to meet unique customer needs. • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless fulfillment and billing. • Resolve client and supplier issues as they arise. • Participate in continuous improvement efforts for processes and service delivery. • Represent Staples at customer and corporate trade shows, with occasional travel to support business growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients • Excellent communication skills • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask • Solid demonstrated use of Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) • Advanced “strategic business sense” skills and math aptitude • Solid knowledge of company systems and processes • 2+ years of related work experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Industry experience with ESP or SAGE • Promotional products merchandising or purchasing skills
