• Enforce safety protocols and procedures • Conduct regular safety audits • Provide training sessions on safety practices • Work closely with project teams to foster a culture of safety • Conduct job site orientations • Rotate between jobs, initially focusing on Gainesville, Florida projects • Develop under existing Stellar Safety employees • Travel to other states as needed • Attend meetings, trainings, and events • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance during business trips • Comply with company travel policies and procedures
• Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to effectively address safety concerns • Competence working closely with project teams to foster a culture of safety • Flexibility to adapt to diverse environments and changing conditions • High School Diploma or construction trade • Minimum OSHA 30 • Experience with OSHA regulations and safety compliance • Ability to travel on short notice • Ability to live remote away from home for extended periods of time • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time • Ability to use a computer, phone, printer, scanner, and other office equipment • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds • Visual acuity for detailed work and computer use • Ability to wear all required PPE • Ability to work any hours and any day as needed
