📋 Description

• Drive growth, adoption, and long-term success of the Education Freedom Tax Credit program • Own business development and market expansion efforts among schools, networks, strategic education partners, and other stakeholders • Identify, cultivate, and secure new partnership opportunities • Lead the full sales and partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, outreach, needs assessment, pitching, presentations, negotiation, onboarding, relationship management, and partner retention • Deliver presentations, proposals, and value-driven sales pitches • Manage partner onboarding, platform implementation, relationship management, engagement, participation, and account growth • Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Fundraising teams on campaigns, events, webinars, and outreach initiatives • Serve as a trusted advisor, subject matter expert, and brand ambassador for the federal scholarship program across Florida • Monitor and analyze outreach performance, stakeholder feedback, and program adoption metrics • Manage project timelines, implementation deliverables, and operational priorities while ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and program requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, market development, nonprofit management, education programs, public policy, stakeholder engagement, or related fields • Demonstrated track record of building strategic relationships, driving growth, and achieving organizational objectives • Demonstrated success and proven track record in relevant professional/life experience • Military service can substitute for professional experience and/or formal education requirements • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Project management and organizational excellence • Data analysis and reporting capabilities • Collaborative leadership and team development • Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of education, nonprofit, or government-related program implementation • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance may be required, depending on role responsibilities • Must be able to lift up to fifteen (15) pounds
