📋 Description

• Manage the entire Clinician on Assignment recruitment process for a Strategic Business Unit, from sourcing and interviewing through placement • Maintain ongoing relationships with Clinician on Assignment employees to ensure a positive candidate experience and support redeployment • Plan recruiting and sales strategies with team leadership to improve order fill rates • Provide input on systems, process flow, and benefits enhancements • Expand the qualified candidate network through referrals and other channels • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals • Create and post job descriptions and advertisements • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, cultural fit, and critical success factors • Qualify candidates and submit them to client facilities according to submission guidelines • Manage submissions, interviews, offers, negotiations, closing, and related administrative activities • Strategize with account managers to maximize interviews and offers and improve submission-to-placement ratios • Negotiate candidate packages while considering gross margin goals • Extend employment offers on behalf of the SBU under client facility and SBU leadership direction • Facilitate onboarding, including coordinating start dates and preparing pre-onboarding materials • Communicate with candidates by phone and email throughout the assignment and provide employee support and guidance • Identify redeployment opportunities and facilitate transitions to new assignments • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system • Stay informed about industry trends, recruiting techniques, and competitor information • Recommend recruitment strategies and approaches to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Three years of recruiting experience; healthcare recruiting experience preferred • Overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and the job’s impact on the organization • Ability to work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role • Ability to work independently, identify business needs, and proactively accomplish them • Ability to analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, and utilize time effectively • Ability to proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience • Ability to attend to customers’ needs and expectations • Ability to affect or change others’ positions and opinions • Ability to engage effectively in dialogue • Ability to comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
