📋 Description

• Develop and deliver medium-volume online courses in the 3X format • Create and deliver highly engaging video content to students • Lead and oversee a collaborative team of Teaching Assistants • Provide online sessions and video feedback • Maintain adequate student records • Present information on the 3X model at the university’s request • Develop student outreach strategies and create text and video engagement content • Collaborate with Studios, Instructional Technology, and other contributing departments • Maintain smooth course operation and adherence to policies and procedures • Provide student advising and uphold academic standards • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution required • Doctorate degree in Health Services Administration, Doctor of Business Administration with emphasis in Healthcare, Doctor of Healthcare Administration, or similar field • At least 3 or more years of online teaching experience required • Healthcare experience, operational and/or administrative • Leadership experience preferred • Professional experience in the field of study preferred and potentially required for course credentialing • Self-motivated and highly organized • Advocate of social media and mobile technology • Ability to adapt to technological and pedagogical methodology changes • Fluent in cloud-based applications such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Office 365 • Must be able to travel occasionally if a business need arises • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable • Ability to meet critical-thinking and problem-solving requirements • Effective communication with coworkers • Ability to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant • Ability to access information using a computer • Remote work setting with privacy, reliable high-speed internet, phone, video-conferencing capability, computer, and appropriate office space
