📋 Description

• Take full ownership of AWS environments, including EC2, RDS, S3, ELB, and Lambda, ensuring peak performance and 99.9% availability • Monitor and optimize cloud spend • Maintain servers, load balancers, and security protocols including IAM and AWS Cognito • Maintain and harden deployment pipelines for seamless, low-risk releases • Serve as technical steward for automated testing tools including Pest PHP and Playwright • Collaborate with the development team to identify infrastructure bottlenecks and framework issues affecting performance • Provide systems-level support during sprints • Troubleshoot environment-specific bugs and optimize data pipelines involving Snowflake and Aurora

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of deep professional experience with AWS • Comfortable designing failover architectures and managing complex cloud networking • Experience configuring and maintaining Linux servers • Power user of the command line for debugging and system health monitoring • Experience managing deployment workflows • Interest in or exposure to automated testing frameworks like Pest or Playwright • Literate in PHP and JavaScript • Able to read a stack trace, understand a pull request, and troubleshoot application issues within a Laravel/Vue environment • Bonus experience in Azure Cloud Environment • Bonus experience with AWS Glue, Snowflake, or migrating legacy identity systems to AWS Cognito • Must be eligible to work in the United States, as indicated by E-Verify employer status
