📋 Description

• Develop and manage relationships with partner districts, state, and other education stakeholders • Oversee and maintain student records and data • Create, implement, and document processes ensuring student data validity in K12 and third-party databases • Act as point of contact and manage local, K12, state, and federal reporting issues and requirements • Work with administrative staff to ensure the school meets all audit requirements • Manage development of school policies and procedures, training standards, and curriculum enhancements • Assist in student recruitment and planning of school events • Oversee communication regarding student enrollments, registrations, withdrawals, and end-of-year reclamation efforts • Supervise and manage office staff • Assist with personnel support issues • Make daily work assignments and monitor the Enrollment and Registration team’s progress toward goals • Interview, hire, and train employees • Plan, assign, and direct work • Appraise performance, reward and discipline employees, and resolve complaints and problems

🎯 Requirements

• Residency in Florida • Bachelor’s degree in relative field of study and seven (7) years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to clear required background check • Great organizational and time management skills • Proficient MS365 and web proficient • Strong technology skills • Experience using search engines (internet) for research projects • Experience using a student information system and/or other type of database • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to travel 20% of the time • Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week • Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during the workday, typically 9-5 (or 8-4) or as defined by the school
