📋 Description

• Translate Stripe’s performance and talent philosophy into scalable, global experiences • Work with People Products, People Insights, Employee Relations, People Partners, and other teams to design clear, durable programs and systems • Drive and scale Stripe’s performance philosophy and practices • Design and improve performance experiences that clarify expectations, support feedback and growth, and enable meaningful contributions • Evolve performance and talent tooling, systems, processes, and user journeys • Shape programs and insights supporting career development, talent planning, succession, and investment in Stripe’s people • Lead complex, cross-functional workstreams across global stakeholders • Surface risks and dependencies, make progress amid ambiguity, and unblock critical decisions • Define problem statements, gather qualitative and quantitative data, and refine strategy, programs, and execution • Coordinate interconnected teams and integrate global perspectives into end-to-end experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and scaling global People or HR experiences • Experience across both process and product or systems design • Experience leading complex programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Strong systems thinking across people, processes, tools, policies, and organizational decisions • Ability to augment workflows and processes using AI tools • Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and communicate across levels and functions • Ability to establish clear decision-making and accountability mechanisms • Disciplined, data-driven problem solving using quantitative and qualitative data • High agency and sound judgment, including quickly identifying opportunities or risks and escalating when needed • Alignment with Stripe’s Operating Principle, “Obsess over Talent” • Curiosity, humility, and continuous learning • Preferred: experience across talent management, organizational development, leadership or executive development, talent operations, compensation, and benefits • Preferred: people product design and management experience in high-growth environments • Preferred: experience leading executive-level talent discussions
