📋 Description

• Ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices in the billing system • Maintain billing data accurately and consistently • Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and billing inquiries • Collaborate with Customer Operations to address client billing questions • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments • Prepare regular billing and financial reports for internal processes • Improve billing procedures and workflows with finance and operations teams
