📋 Description

• Rotate across Fintech & Earnings teams as needed and take ownership of the vertical’s most pressing problems • Own roadmaps, PRDs, and experiment plans tied to contribution profit, Super+ conversion, and retention • Build working prototypes with Claude Code or similar tools • Ship small features and experiments to production when appropriate • Use AI for research synthesis, Amplitude and Snowflake analysis, opportunity sizing, and plan evaluation • Collaborate with product design, product marketing, research, and growth teams • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to launch clear and fair financial products • Hand off documented decisions, experiment results, and roadmaps when rotating teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally on consumer products at a startup or high-growth company • Hands-on experience building with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, or Cursor, including prototypes or features that users have touched • Daily use of AI tools like Claude for strategy, ideation, and analysis, with judgment to check outputs before acting • Track record of ramping quickly in unfamiliar product areas and delivering measurable results within a single quarter • Experience using tools like Amplitude to design experiments and interpret results • Clear, concise writing and experience producing PRDs and experiment documents • Enough technical depth to discuss architecture and tradeoffs with engineers • Bonus: experience with fintech products such as cash advances, credit building, payments, or earning apps • Bonus: experience launching products in a regulated industry with legal and compliance partners • Bonus: experience bringing AI workflows to a team
