📋 Description

• Manage the sourcing/recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking • Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions • Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive interview experience • Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements • Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines • Source, interview, and identify skilled trades talent such as electricians, welders, and plumbers for high-profile skilled trades accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles (not light industrial/manufacturing) • Heavy sourcing skills; strong hunter-mentality • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of important details • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to work well under pressure, addressing regular high-demand requests and needs quickly • Ability to work 40+ hours per week, with occasional evenings/weekends as needed
