📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide an excellent candidate experience • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones • Support onboarding for new team members, including documentation, account setup coordination, and orientation • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements • Draft and maintain job descriptions, interview guides, and HR documentation • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes • Assist with HR operations, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives • Help improve recruitment processes and HR workflows as the company grows

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment • Experience recruiting for technical roles (Software Engineers, Product, Design, QA, DevOps, etc.) is highly preferred • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment • Ability to work independently in a fully remote team • Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), with excellent speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
