Swarm Aero is a developer and manufacturer of uncrewed aerial systems built from the ground up for swarming operations. The company combines on-aircraft autonomy, a universal swarm node (sensor mesh and edge compute), and swarm-scale command-and-control so small teams can mobilize large numbers of UAVs in communications-limited or contested environments. Swarm Aero emphasizes high-rate composite manufacturing and concurrent factory design to scale production, and pursues both defense-focused applications (payloads in contested environments, detecting/tracking mobile assets, security/defense in depth) and civilian uses (cargo delivery, disaster response, resilient communications, environmental observation). 📋 Description

• Own full-cycle hiring across manufacturing, industrial, quality, tooling, and production roles at both sites • Recruit technicians, manufacturing professionals, and manufacturing leaders • Learn and evaluate manufacturing disciplines including composites, tooling, process development, and factory ramp • Recruit talent from automotive, EV, consumer hardware, and high-rate industrial manufacturing sectors • Build the Northwest Arkansas talent pipeline through schools, trade programs, local manufacturers, veteran networks, and community partners • Hire ahead of factory scale-up by building long-term candidate relationships • Support aircraft, supply chain, operations, and other teams when manufacturing hiring volume allows • Help build the hiring engine for factories before they exist

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Meaningful recruiting experience for manufacturing, production, or hardware teams • Knowledge of manufacturing disciplines, including composites, tooling, process development, and factory ramp • Experience hiring through a factory launch, production ramp, or high-growth hardware environment • Ability to run hiring in two different markets • U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, protected individual status, or eligibility to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations under ITAR • Must meet citizenship requirements to obtain a U.S. security clearance • Recruiting experience at an EV, automotive, aerospace, or hardware company during a plant launch or ramp is a bonus • Experience hiring hourly and skilled trades at volume alongside engineering roles is a bonus • Familiarity with the Northwest Arkansas or Midwest manufacturing talent market is a bonus • Supply chain or operations recruiting experience is a bonus
