📋 Description

• Partner with VPs, Engineering Directors, and HRBPs to align talent strategies with product roadmaps, business OKRs, and workforce planning goals • Manage 15+ active complex technical requisitions from intake and market alignment through offer structuring and executive closing • Influence and calibrate hiring managers using market realities, compensation insights, and candidate selection dynamics • Engage specialized engineering talent across AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, containerization, customer identity, and enterprise software platforms • Source candidates through AI sourcing tools, GitHub, StackOverflow, open-source communities, and targeted networking • Track, analyze, and communicate hiring metrics, conversion rates, and SLA risks to leadership • Monitor labor market trends, technology shifts, compliance and legislation, and compensation movements • Improve workflows across Greenhouse, the talent technology stack, and interviewer calibration programs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced SaaS, Cloud, Infrastructure, or hyper-scale environments • Proven track record of managing high-impact technical hiring pipelines while influencing senior engineering leadership up to VP/SVP • Experience designing and executing targeted talent programs or sourcing campaigns from scratch • Advanced proficiency with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, market intelligence engines, and Google Workspace • Exceptional interpersonal presence, executive communication skills, and high emotional intelligence • Strong project management discipline • Working knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and AI development workflows, including K8s, Go, Python, agent frameworks, and microservices • Deep understanding of compensation structures, executive offer negotiations, and global mobility/immigration nuances
