📋 Description

• Execute full-cycle recruiting across technical and operational roles, including Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Integration & Test (I&T), and field support personnel such as FSEs and FSRs • Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned with current programs and anticipated contract awards • Partner with Program Managers, Directors, and Hiring Managers to define requirements and ensure alignment with mission objectives • Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, clearance platforms, referrals, and defense industry networks • Screen candidates for technical qualifications, security clearance eligibility, deployability, and cultural fit • Support rapid staffing needs tied to contract transitions, deployments, and surge requirements • Ensure compliance with ITAR, security clearance standards, and federal employment regulations • Represent OWT Global at career fairs, industry events, and targeted recruiting initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in government contracting, aerospace, defense, or technical environments • Proven success sourcing and placing engineering, technical, and operational professionals • Strong understanding of defense industry requirements, security clearances, and ITAR regulations • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (e.g., ADP) • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred • Experience recruiting candidates with active Secret clearance or higher is preferred • Familiarity with defense manufacturing and production environments is preferred • Military or operational experience is a plus
