📋 Description

• Conduct financial education sessions for clients • Communicate with clients over the phone through inbound and outbound calls to generate sales • Guide debt consolidation strategies by evaluating clients’ financial situations and tailoring solutions • Overcome objections and close sales within calls • Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions • Negotiate favorable debt-consolidation terms on behalf of clients

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Phone sales experience • Relentless work ethic and positive mindset • Goal-oriented, with proven success meeting and exceeding metrics and sales goals • Relationship-building skills and ability to empathize with clients • Passion for helping clients and acting with integrity • Debt sales experience is queried in the application
