📋 Description

• Assist in managing all aspects of new hotel openings and serve as the expert in hotel brand standards for assigned accounts • Serve as contact for Corporate Accounts customers, hotels, and Territory Managers • Answer inquiries, provide order-status updates, research discrepancies, and manage the brand email inbox • Maintain, build, or deplete inventory for new programs and transitions • Provide customer-service support to the field sales team • Liaise with buyers and manufacturers to resolve lead-time, order-status, returns, and damaged-product inquiries • Maintain assigned brand standards and update resupply guides, inventory templates, opening-order templates, and OS&E guides • Collaborate on new product releases and transitions and draft weekly brand communications • Coordinate kick-off processes, pre-inventory orders, and final opening-order templates • Enter inventory-building and new hotel opening/conversion orders in PeopleSoft • Manage order paperwork and coordinate with Accounting on credit/deposit status • Cancel pre-inventory orders and enter final opening orders into PeopleSoft • Work with Distribution to ship opening/conversion orders and track and close out orders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree • 1–2 years’ experience in Hospitality, Customer Service and/or General Office preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and professional interactive skills • Ability to present information and respond to supplier, customer, management, and inter-department questions • Promptly respond to service requests and follow up as needed • Ability to build and maintain strong staff and customer relationships • Ability to work independently and within a team structure • Excellent planning and organizational skills, including prioritizing and executing multiple initiatives and deadlines autonomously • Ability to manage large, complex projects • Attention to detail and accuracy • Problem-solving, information gathering, and analysis skills • Ability to understand and execute relevant policies and procedures and interpret written, verbal, diagram, or schedule instructions • Proficient use of MS Windows and Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook • Familiarity with Phocas, PeopleSoft, and Salesforce.com preferred • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Must maintain a valid driver's license and provide proof of current automobile insurance coverage • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
