📋 Description

• Find and attract the world's best talent for clients • Use deep sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other sourcing strategies • Work with one client at a time and become deeply embedded in the client's culture • Partner with top-tier stakeholders and help them understand the value of effective talent practices • Recruit outstanding candidates across technical disciplines

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment • Experience filling niche roles • Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience • Strong sourcing skills • Experience with Boolean search • Excellent written and verbal communication • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders • Required LinkedIn profile link in application • Must provide a resume • Must answer visa sponsorship question for the applied location
