📋 Description

• Own 8–10 engineering and technical searches end to end, from kickoff to signed offer • Partner with engineering hiring managers to define role requirements and challenge market-mismatched requirements • Source infrastructure, backend, SDK, and AI engineers who are not actively looking • Understand candidate motivations and create strategies to engage them • Build pipelines for recurring roles • Run an honest, authentic, and clear hiring process emphasizing candidate experience • Help build Talent team systems, including sourcing playbooks and interview kits • Serve as a Talent Business Partner to the LiveKit team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, mostly in-house • Experience owning and closing senior- and staff-level engineering searches • Ability to hold a real conversation with an engineer about their work • Proactive sourcing and ability to build and sustain a strong bench • Recruiting experience for infrastructure, developer tools, open source, or AI companies • Experience building or rebuilding a recruiting process from scratch • Ability to win top talent against offers from big tech • Experience with Ashby and Gem is nice to have • Experience with executive recruiting is nice to have • Legal authorization to work in the US or country of residence • Ability to obtain sponsorship support is addressed in the application, but no sponsorship requirement is stated in the posting
