📋 Description

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from hiring manager intake through offer • Hold time-to-hire under 35 days without compromising slate quality • Write every outreach sequence and build campaigns in Greenhouse • Select outreach channels based on hiring data and defend channel choices • Review candidate and stakeholder communications and maintain quality standards • Coach interviewers so scorecards are complete and decisions are evidence-based • Run intake and calibration with VPs and practice leads • Make hiring decisions and communicate the rationale • Use AI in sourcing, screening, and drafting while verifying all candidate-facing content • Recruit applied AI engineers, technical directors, and delivery leaders for rapidly growing practices

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end, including senior and principal level engineering hires in the US market • Demonstrable ability to write outreach, candidate communication and executive updates that are ready to send without revision • Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, multi-channel sequencing, and judgment to select effective channels • Hands-on Greenhouse experience, including CRM campaigns, prospect pools, scorecards and reporting • Comfort running intake, calibration and difficult conversations with executives and practice leaders • Ability to read conversion and funnel data and turn it into a defensible decision • Currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship • Must be willing to work remotely from one of the specified US states; international relocation or remote work outside the US will not be considered
