📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering roles, including Data Engineers, Product Engineers, Cloud Architects, and AI Engineers • Deliver 20+ successful hires over a 3-month engagement while balancing speed with quality • Partner with Engineering Leaders to understand business priorities, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles • Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and market mapping • Conduct candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination • Manage offer processes, including candidate negotiation and offer acceptance • Maintain accurate documentation and tracking within the ATS and recruiting dashboards • Serve as a Presidio brand ambassador and deliver a professional, engaging candidate experience • Provide regular updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, and risks to delivery timelines • Achieve 20+ accepted offers per quarter • Maintain strong hiring manager satisfaction and candidate experience scores • Deliver diverse, well-qualified candidate slates • Meet agreed-upon time-to-fill targets for sales roles

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience in a technical environment • Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives under tight timelines • Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates • Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior Sales stakeholders • Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, results-oriented contract role • Background recruiting for B2B technology, managed services, or professional services organizations • Experience hiring across multiple regions or territories
