📋 Description

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for high-impact technical roles, particularly in software engineering and platform development • Partner with hiring managers to build thoughtful hiring plans using talent insights and market trends • Deliver a human, honest, and mission-aligned candidate experience • Proactively build talent pipelines focused on hard-to-find, high-skill candidates in competitive markets • Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve process efficiency and guide stakeholder conversations • Champion inclusive hiring practices and help create diverse, high-performing teams • Represent Playlist at industry events and recruiting touchpoints as a brand ambassador for the technology organization • Collaborate cross-functionally with People & Culture to align hiring goals with company-wide priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, especially in software or product-centric environments • Working knowledge of programming languages, system architecture, and modern development workflows • Proven success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced tech organizations • Experience using applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse experience • Ability to translate recruiting data into action • Ability to balance strategic hiring goals with an excellent candidate experience • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to guide and influence stakeholders with care • Passion for building diverse teams and fostering equity throughout the hiring process • Comfortable working across time zones • Flexibility to adapt as priorities evolve
