📋 Description

• Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions for new and existing customers • Serve as the primary technical resource for clients during projects • Design, develop, deploy, and troubleshoot integrations with Life Sciences CRM/EHR/EMR systems, especially Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva Vault, or Epic • Develop and troubleshoot complex workflows and data exchange processes such as HL7 and FHIR • Ensure integrations are secure, reliable, and aligned with industry and regulatory standards • Act as an internal SME for Epic, EHRs, and life sciences CRM solutions • Develop reusable assets, best-practice documentation, and knowledge-base content • Mentor and train Professional Services and cross-functional teams • Support internal teams, external partners, and customers during Talkdesk CXA and CCaaS implementations • Collaborate with Product and Support teams to address feature requests and resolve issues • Develop CXA templates, playbooks, and best practices • Advise stakeholders and executives on CXA strategy and success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or significant professional experience in a technical role • 3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development, with a focus on AI or automation solutions in a SaaS environment • 3+ years of hands-on Epic integration experience within healthcare systems OR life sciences industry CRM solutions such as Veeva Vault or Salesforce Health/Life Sciences Cloud (required) • Experience working with healthcare or life sciences customers • Knowledge of healthcare and life sciences compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, CFR Part 11, CMS guidelines) • Experience with JavaScript, MUMPS (M), Python, and SQL • Strong understanding of AI-driven automation use cases • Experience working with cross-functional teams in pre-sales, implementation, and/or customer success contexts • Fluency in written and spoken English • Experience with EHR systems such as Cerner, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks, or Athenahealth is a plus • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German is a nice-to-have • Basic knowledge of conversational agents, chatbots, or virtual assistants is a nice-to-have • Familiarity with CRM systems and/or Contact Center Solutions is a nice-to-have • Familiarity with GxP systems validation is a nice-to-have • Experience with diagram flowchart software is a nice-to-have
