📋 Description

• Design, deliver, and oversee comprehensive training programs for operational excellence • Evaluate baseline agent skills and identify competency gaps • Align curricula with client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Partner with instructional designers and subject matter experts to build process maps, SOPs, and upskilling modules • Measure new hire speed to proficiency through assessments and 30–60 day KPI performance • Establish feedback loops with operations, QA, and client leads to address performance and content gaps • Coordinate stakeholder communication during client transitions • Collaborate with client success teams, operations managers, and QA leads to address workflow resistance • Serve as a product and process expert for cross-functional teams • Coordinate complex projects, scheduling, and cross-team communication • Maintain end-to-end oversight of project durations and proactively mitigate potential pitfalls

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of RAD or ERT experience • Strong grasp of adult learning principles, including ADDIE and Kirkpatrick • Knowledge of structured change frameworks, including Prosci/ADKAR • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to translate complex client directives into digestible floor-level habits • Proficiency in tracking learning metrics, post-training performance curves, and adoption KPIs
