📋 Description

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding • Administer and communicate company benefits programs • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures • Advise employees and managers on HR-related inquiries • Conduct HR investigations and resolve employee relations issues • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and systems • Assist with HR reporting and data analysis • Collaborate with management on talent acquisition strategies, including job description development, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively • PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
