📋 Description

• Conduct analyses on curated and/or aggregated DataMarts to generate relevant analytical insights • Identify opportunities to drive business growth and value or address business and enterprise needs • Present and communicate insights and recommended business actions to stakeholders and business leaders • Produce supporting collateral, visualizations, and presentations tailored to the audience • Serve as the primary interface between business teams and analytics/reporting teams • Translate business requirements into analytics requirements • Provide business expertise and context for analytics discovery and recommendations • Escalate data and process problems and recommend resolutions • Provide day-to-day analytics support and delivery • Synthesize complex information into actionable insights and strategy • Collaborate with partners on business challenges and deliver fact-based analytical advice • Gather analytics demand from business teams and work with the analytics hub to fulfill it • Explain anomalies and outliers identified during analysis • Develop analyses to corroborate proof of concept • Execute data requests accurately and promptly • Identify and investigate data and analytics issues • Lead or facilitate action and remediation plans for performance, risk, and governance issues • Manage relationships across business lines, corporate functions, and control functions • Monitor emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements • Train business users to integrate analytics into decision-making • Keep project stakeholders informed about status and progress • Mentor others, share knowledge, and contribute to team development • Act as a brand ambassador for TD and the relevant business area

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred, such as mathematics, physics, engineering, finance, or computer science • Graduate degree preferred with either progressive project work experience, or 5+ years of relevant experience • Ability to conduct analyses on curated and/or aggregated DataMarts • Deep business subject matter expertise • Specialized knowledge in business insights and analytics • Ability to interpret complex business issues and generate multifaceted insights • Ability to create visualizations and presentations for varied audiences • Ability to translate business requirements into analytics and reporting needs • Quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills • Ability to build business requirements and facilitate project execution • Ability to investigate data and analytics-related issues • Knowledge of data capabilities and analytics tools, techniques, and methods • Knowledge of applicable internal and external requirements, financial controls, segregation of duties, transaction approvals, and physical control of assets • Ability to work with business and analytics teams • Ability to train business users on integrating analytics into decisions
