📋 Description

• Manage incoming employee relations requests via email and phone • Resolve employee relations concerns promptly and effectively • Handle and document multiple cases of varying complexity in the ER case management system • Counsel leaders and coworkers to resolve cases consistently and fairly • Identify trends and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on action plans • Facilitate HR-related training for associates and managers • Investigate and document complex complaints in compliance with relevant laws • Prepare comprehensive reports and collaborate with legal counsel on litigation matters • Meet with executives to review findings and recommend disciplinary actions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of direct employee relations experience in HR • SHRM/HRCI certifications preferred • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus • Extensive knowledge of employment laws and fair practices • Strong coaching, conflict resolution, and consulting skills • Ability to manage multiple issues concurrently while maintaining confidentiality • Experience with leave of absence processes is advantageous • Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills • Ability to travel less than 10%
