📋 Description

• Review current employee and HR data sources to identify duplication, inconsistency, and gaps • Define a standardized employee master-data structure and required fields • Aggregate and reconcile historical leave records from Time Clock Wizard, spreadsheets, and chat history into a verified master baseline • Design and automate a future-state leave request, approval, and balance-tracking workflow using Google Forms/Workspace or a stronger proposed alternative • Establish ownership, validation rules, role-based access permissions, and audit trails • Document processes for ongoing maintenance and potential replication across additional country branches • Execute the full fixed-scope project independently, with IT touchpoints and management check-ins as needed • Submit an RFQ with the proposed approach, timeline, hours, and cost

🎯 Requirements

• Strong data reconciliation and cleaning skills across messy, multi-source datasets • HRIS or employee-data management experience • Google Workspace automation experience, including Forms, Sheets, and notifications • Ability to design access controls and audit trails for sensitive HR data • Experience with HR system-to-system synchronization (good to have) • Background scaling a workflow across multiple countries or branches (good to have) • Portfolio of relevant, comparable work • RFQ covering proposed work, approach, inclusions and exclusions, estimated timeline and hours, total cost and additional or recurring costs, required inputs, risks, limitations, and assumptions • Willingness to sign an NDA and Project Agreement before receiving full project details and credentials • Willingness to undergo a background check
