📋 Description

• Own and lead the full people operations function, including HRIS optimization, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and policy frameworks • Lead talent management across performance, succession, and learning and development • Design review cycles that influence manager behavior • Build high-potential pipelines and employee-valued development programs • Own HR metrics and reporting, including headcount, attrition, and eNPS • Translate people data into insights for leadership decision-making • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders and managers • Proactively provide workforce insights, flag risks, and connect business priorities • Set and deliver a 12–18 month people strategy • Represent the people function at the leadership level • Help Teamworks scale globally through organic growth and acquisitions

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and optimizing scalable people infrastructure • Experience evaluating and improving HR tools • Hands-on total rewards experience, including compensation benchmarking and benefits philosophy/design • Experience designing or significantly evolving performance management and feedback cycles • Track record of cross-functional influence with senior leaders and managers • Experience at or near director level in a tech environment • 8+ years of experience in HR, including people management • Authorization to work in the U.S. • Experience supporting or leading people integration through M&A is an advantage • Employment law and compliance fluency across multiple U.S. states and other countries is an advantage • Experience building L&D programs with measurable outcomes is an advantage • Role is not eligible for sponsorship
